a new challenge in my life – a new breed that was also elegant, beautiful
to look at, and that I had always admired. |

love the Afghan hound – its breath-taking beauty, arrogance, aloofness,
flowing silky coat, and amazing array of colours – but, as with the Tervueren,
not the breed for everyone. |
